ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Village and Town of Southold, Cotaaty of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows.
BEGINNIiNG at an iron pipe on the northerly or northwesterly
side of Sound View Avenue where the same is intersected by the
westerly or northwesterly line of land of John Charnews, said
pipe also being distant southwesterly as measured along the north-
erly or northwesterly side of Sound View Avenue a distance of 101.85
feet from a monument set at the point of curve of Sound View Avenue;
running thence in a general westerly direction along the northerly
side of Sound View Avenue a distance of 96.5 feet to a point;running
thence northerly along the easterly line of land heretofore conveyed
to Douglas J. Currie, North 42 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds West a
distance of 280 feet, more or less, to Great Pond; running thence in
a general easterly direction 125 feet, more or less, to the westerly
line of land of John Charnews; running thence in a general southerly
direction along the lands of said John Charnews, South 42 degrees 09
minutes East a distance of 184 feet, more or less, to the point or
Glace of beginning.
TOGMHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part of, in and to Great Pond and the lands under
water of Great Pond lying northerly and adjacent to the premises
hereinbefore described.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Douglas J.
Currie and Lawrence W. Currie to Lawrence W. Currie by deed dated
September 30th, 1963, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on October 3, 1963, in Liber 5426 of deeds at page 173
