CHAHI7ENS, as Point tenants with the Fight of sure ivorshin, both residing at Southold, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten doUars paid by the party of the second part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second para the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain tract or parcel of woodland situate at Great Hog Neck, or Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded Northerly partly by land formerly of Martha A. Wells and partly by land formerly of Edwin H. Brown; Evsterly by land formerly of E. Ernest Boisseau; Southerly by land formerly of Mary L. Dayton and Westerly partly by land for- merly of Edwin H. Brown and partly by land formerly of Mary L.Dayton, excepting so much as lies within the bounds of the highway known as North Bayview Road. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Charles H. Overton, Mary E. Harrison, Esther J. Horton and Horatio S. Williamson, four of the heirs at law of Joshua A. Overton, deceased, to Robert G. Overton by feed dated March 21, 1922, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 6, 1922, in Liber 1051 of deeds at nage 477, and the same premises thereafter conveyed by Robert G. Overton, widower, to Alexander Komskis and Anna B. Komskis, his wife, by deed dated June 30, 1938, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 19, 1938, in Liber 1961 of deeds at page 308.
