20 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 154.02 feet to laud of DeMarla;
running thence along said land of DeMaria, South 45 degrees 25 minutes
30 seconds West, a distance of 264.97 feet to a conerete monument and
land of Southold Park District;
ruining thence along said land of Southold Park District, North 22
degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 41.82 feet to a con-
crete monument In the Easterly side of South Harbor Road;
running thenco along the Easterly side of South Harbor Road, North
16 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 200.00 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be the same premises convoyed by Mabel J. Crane
to Mabel L. Plickenschild, George H. Crane and Robert E. Crane, by dead
dated May 19, 1965 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
May 24, 1965 in Liber 5749 of Deeds at page 564, and the same promises
conveyed by Mabel J. Crane to Mabel L. Flick®echild, George H. Crane
and Robert E. Crane, by deed dated May 19, 1965 and rocorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 24, 1965 in Libor 5749 of Deeds at
page 586.
