Berry by deed dated February 6, 1946 and recorded February 11, 1946_ in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office in Liber 2430 at Page 522. The said Florence A. Berry died intestate a resident of Suffolk County on October 4, 1956, survived by George W.
