second part.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Five (,$5.00
Dollars, cash in hand paid plus other good and valuable considers
Lions, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said part

of the first part does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey un-
to the said party of the second part, in fee simple and with Gen-
eral Warranty of Title, all the following described tract or par-
cel of land lying in the County of Suffolk, Town of Southold, Lon
Island, New York adjoining other land of Edward D. C. Booth and
being described as follows:

Avenue to a point near Sound View Avenue and other lands of Edwar
D. C. Booth meet; thence leaving South View Avenue and with said

line to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound S 140

tinuing with said high water mark S 590 28' 30" E 353.62 feet
to a point where the said 'nigh water mark and other lands of
Edna C. Salmon join; thence with the Edna C. Salmon N 100 13' 50"
W 163.07 feet to a stake; thence continuing with the said Salmon
land N 280 49' E 476.15 feet to the point of be--inning, contain-
ing 8.16 acres more or less. Plat of said property is hereby
filed and made a part of this said deed.
