the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, consisting of two
contiguous parcels of land irregular in shape, which are bounded and
described in separate parcels as follows[
PARCEL A - BEGINNING at a point marked by a concrete monument set on the
northwesterly corner of a public highway known as Christopher Street
(which point is the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described)
running thence in a northeasterly direction partly along Lot No. 26 and
partly along Lot No. 27 as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of South-
wood," heretofore filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office, North 6
degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 179,99 feet to land of
Donald Foster; running thence North 83 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds
East a distance of 57.88 feet to premises heretofore of Boergesson;
running thence South 6 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds West a distance
of 175 feet to the northerly line of Christopher Street; running thence
South 83 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 100 feet to
the. point or place of beginning.
BEING the same premises conveyed by CHARLES M. ROBINSON and MURIEL A.
ROBINSON, his wife, to RICHARD V. BACOBS and GENEVIEVE C. JACOBS, his wife
by deed dated the 27th day of August, 1960, and recorded in the Office
of the County Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 4866 of Deeds at
Page 384 on August 30, 1960.

BEING the same premises conveyed by ROBERT E. BOERGESSON and JOHANNA

his wife, by deed recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk
County in Liber 4974 of Deeds at Page 298,
The said RICHARD V. JACOBS died a resident of Bellerose, Nassau County,
New York, on the 4th day of July, 1966.
