THIS INDENTURE,made the 31st day of October ,nineteen hundred and sixty-six
BETWEEN LESTER OLDFORD and UNA OLDFORD, his wife, both residing at
Southold, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and ELENA M. BERGANI, residing at 2976 Marion Avenue,
Bronx, New York,
