NICKLES, as tenants in Colmlton, ren ng�d�o Fo_1d, Suffolk ounty, New-Yorks I party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of -----------------------TEN (810.)---------------------------dollars, lawful money of the United states,and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that tract or parcel of vacant land situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly line of Middle Road, 782.35 feet westerly along said southerly line from the westerly end of a curve connecting said southerly line with the westerly line of Railroad Avenue (now Youngs Avenue), said point of beginning being the northwesterly corner of land conveyed or about to be conveyed by the party of the first part to William C. Miller; from said point of beginning running along said land, South 9 degrees 37 minutes 50 se- conds East - 338.91 feet; thence along land of the party of the first part, two courses: (1) South 67 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds West - 110.0 feet; thence (2) North 9 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds West - 338.91 feet to said southerly line of Middle Road; thence along said southerly line, North 67 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds East - 110.0 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 0.833 of an acre. Being and intended to be part of premises conveyed to John Charnews and Julia Charnews, his wife, (now deceased) party of the first part herein by deed from Edward A. Grattan, Joseph S. Grattan, Mary A. Grattan and Catherine R. Grattan, dated October 27, 1942 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 28, 1942, in Liber 2210 op 279.
