FROM said true point of beginning running in a northerly direction

7 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 150.0 feet to land
now or formerly of Edward A. Lademann, Jr.;
RUNNING THENCE along said other land.now or formerly of Edward A.
lademanrn, Jr., North 82 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds East a distance

RUNNING THENCE South 7 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds East a distance

RUNNING THENCE along the northerly aide of a proposed road (South
