Bie, residing at Horton's Point (no number), Southold, New York, party of the first part,and JANET WOCKENFUSS, residing at 4 Cliftwood Place, Kings Park, L.I., New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten ($10.00)------------------------------------------------dollars, 00 U lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party.of the second part,the heirs or R successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, ituate, lyingandbemgjM#& near Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly boundary line of land of the party of the first part adjoining land of Miller, 130.0 feet northwesterly along said land from a monument at the southerly cor- ner thereof, said point of beginning being the westerly corner of land conveyed or about to be conveyed to John Bie; from said point of beginning running along said land of Miller, North 64 degrees 50 minutes West, 340 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence northeasterly along said high water mark, 57 feet, more or leas; thence along land of the party of the first part, two courses: (1) South 64 degrees 50 minutes East, 160 feet, more or less; thence (2) North 25 degrees 10 minutes East, 56.97 feet; thence along land conveyed or about to be conveyed by the party of the first part to Ruth Brown, South 64 degrees 50 minutes East, 171.32 feet; thence along said land conveyed or about to be conveyed to John Bie, South 25 degrees 10 minutes West, 113.94 feet to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with a right of way 15 feet wide, running southeasterly from the southerly corner of the premises along said land of Miller about 130 feet to a 20 foot right of way, and thence over said 20 foot right of way, northeasterly and then southeasterly and then southerly about 900 feet to Soundview Avenue. SUBJECT to a right of way 8 feet wide across the northeasterly part of the premises running from the easterly corner of said premises northwesterly for 171 feet, more or less.
