and State of New York, and being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set on the northwesterly line of a certain
50 foot Road hereinafter described 458.92 feet southwesterly along

line of Bayview Road; and running along said northwesterly line of
said 50 foot road, two courses as follows:
1) South 250 16' 10" West 58.08 feet to a stake; thence
2) South 460 38' 50" West 60.24 feet to a stake; thence along
other land now or formerly of Julius Zebroski, North 51° 32' 50" West
150.0 feet to a point which is 10 feet, more or less, northwesterly
from the southeasterly edge of a dredged canal; thence on a line
which is 10 feet, more or less, northwesterly from said southeasterly
edge of said dredged canal, North 400 00' East 95.0 feet; thence on
a line which is 10 feet, more or less, northeasterly from the south—
westerly edge of a dredged basin, and along other land now or formerly
of Julius Zebroski, South 590 59' 40" East 144.33 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with a right of way over said 50 foot road the north-
westerly line of which is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on said southwesterly line of Bayview Road
said point being South 59° 01' 00" East 579.50 feet along said south-
westerly line from a concrete monument set at a deflection point in
said line; from said point of beginning running two courses as
follows:
1) South 25° 16' 10" West 517.0 feet to a stake; thence
2) South 46° 38' 50" West 160.24 feet to land of Palmer.
The southeasterly line of said 50 foot road is parallel with and
50 feet southeasterly from the above described northwesterly line,
measured at right angles thereto.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record as contained in
deed Liber 3329, page 316.
The above described premises being Parcel 2 in deed Liber 3329

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part ofthe premises as conveyed by
Julius Zebroski to the party of the first part herein by deed dated
