TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress to
and from the premises herein to Cedar Point Drive over a strip of
land 50 feet wide, starting at a point where the northerly boundary
line of Lot No. 51 intersects the easterly boundary of Cedar Point
Drive, the southerly boundary of said 50 foot strip being parallel
to and at all points 50 feet southerly from the northerly boundary
of said lot No. 51, and projected from and between these lines to
Orchard Lane.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by John A.
Kemp to Paul Hunter by deed dated January 25, 1960 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office January 27, 1960 in Liber
4761 page 221.
