Drive, said point of beginning being the Southeasterly corner of
land of Union Free School District No. 5 and the northeasterly corner
of land of John Charnews; from said point of beginning running along
said westerly line of Oaklawn Avenue, South 22 degrees 43 minutes 00
seconds East a distance of 400.60 feet to a point 200.0 feet northerly
along said westerly line from the southeasterly comer of land of
John Charnewa; thence along said land of John Charnews at right angles
to said westerly line, South 67 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West a
distance of 351.08 feet to land of Baker; thence along said land of
Baker, North 65 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of
82.69 feet to said land of Union Free School District No. 5; thence

John Chamews, the grantor herein, is the same person as the John
Chamews who acquired title with Julia Charnews, his wife, by deed
decorded in Liber 1068 of Deeds at page 97, the said Julia Charnews
having died a resident of Southold, Suffolk 'County, .New York, on
July 28, 1962.
