TOGETHER with an easement over the streets or roads shown on said filed map. TOGETHER with the use, in common with others, of the beach area and the parking area adjacent thereto; said beach area having a depth of approximately 50 feet from the average high water mark on Peconic Bay and the parking area having a frontage on the northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive of approximately 150 feet, running westerly along said street from Lot #7 and having a depth of not less than 100 feet northerly of Harbor Lights Drive.
