Any debris or excess material from construction of this project shall be completely removed from the adjacent area (upland) and removed to an approved upland area for disposal. WHEREAS, Samuels & Steelman Architect on behalf of Seth & Barbara Eichler applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of South old, application dated September 26th, 2003 WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on November 19th, 2003 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, 2 . WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 97-18 of the Southold Town Code. WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, Safety and general welfare of the people ofthe town. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees Approved the Wetland Permit for SETH & BARBARA EICHLER to add second floor to existing single story frame house, a new in ground pool with a drywell for the pool back wash also to include repair of existing wood steps on bluff and deck. .
