wife, as tenants by the entirety as to an undivided half interest, both residing at

THOMAS RYBAK and AMELIA RYBAK, his wife, as tenants by
the entirety as to the second undivided half interest, both residing at 167-12
Highland Avenue, Jamaica, N.Y. 11432 (each half interest in the premises shall
bear the relationship to the other half of a joint tenancy),
