party of the fiat part,and said ANNE SWEENEY, residing on Oak Drive (no street
number), Reydon Shores, Southold, New York, and NICHOLAS MOCCIA, residiru
at No. 324 Deer.Park Avenue, Babylon, New York, as Joint Tenants, not as
Tenants in Comm; and it is expressly understood that their survivor
shall become the sole owner of the premises hereinafter described,

situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of Nev
York, known and designated as Lots numbered Five (5), Six (6) and Seven
(7) in Block uCi, as shown on a certain map made July 221d, 1930, by
Daniel R. Young, P. E. k L. S., entitled eXap of Reydon Shores, Inc.,
Bayview, L. I., N. Y., in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N. Y.n,
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, Riverhead, New
York, on July 21 1931, as Map No. 631. -
TOGETHER with the easements, licenses, privileges and benefits set
forth in former deeds of record, and more particularly in the deed from
Reydon Shores, Inc. to Anne Sweeney, dated July 1st, 1942, and recorded
in Liber 2242 of Conveyances at page 431, on July 18th, 1942, in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County; and subject to the covenants and
restrictions set forth in former deeds of record, still in force, if any.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed, dated September 8th, 1964, recorded on
September 9th, 1964 in Liber 5610, of conveyances at page 433, in the
Suffolk County Clerkts Office.
