East a distance of 162.0 feet to a monkiment; thence along land now

111.23 feet to said westerly line of Oakwood Drive; thence along
said westerly line of Oakwood Drive, South 60 54' 30" East a distance of
152.28 feet to the point of place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
Willlam A. Struve and Ethel M. Struve, his wife, by deed dated October 9,
1964, recorded October 20, 1964 in Liber 5635 page 595.
