and egress to and from Swndview Avenue and to and from other premises
of Ruth H. Glover on the East.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises which were conveyed from
Ruth H. Glover to Cora Glover by deed dated December 10th, 1962 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 5277 of Deeds at
Page 273 on December lith, 1962. THAT Cora Glover Stoll, the grantor
herein, is
the same person as Cora Glover, the grantee in Deed in Liber
5277 Cp 273, the purpoae of this deed being to vest title to the above
parcel in the grantees herein as tenants by the entirety.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
