TOGETHER with the right to the use of a right of way over said proposed highway to be known as "Hill Road" from the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described easterly to Calves Neck Road. SUBJECT to the reservation of L. Barron Hill and Adelaide H. Hill, his wife, to dedicate "Hill Road" to the Town of Southold as a public highway.
