along said land of Young, North 63 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds East,
a'distance of 136.55 feet to an iron pipe and land of Deck; thence
along said land of Deck, South 42 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds East,
a distance of 112.20 foot; thence along land of the party of the first
