BETWEEN GEORGE AHLERS, residing at Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York; BARBARA RUBIN, residing at 354 East 69th Street, New York, New York; and L. BARRON HILL and ADELAIDE H. Barron Hill and kf Adelaide H. Hill, his wife; from said point of beginning running South 22 degrees 29 minutes West, a distance of 250 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of the Creed; thence westerly along said high water mark, 10 feet, more or less; thence North 22 degrees 29 minutes East, a distance of 250 feet,more or less to said southerly line of Hill Road; thence along said southerly line, South 68 degrees 53 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 10,0 feet to the point of beginning.
