County Clerk's Office on December 26, 1966 as Map No. 4770, it
being the intention of the parties hereto that the parties of the
first part convey all the right, title and interest, if any, of
the parties of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the premises conveyed by W.H.D. Realty Corp. to the
parties of the first part herein, by deed dated September 25,
