Zielinski by deed recorded in Liber 5053 Cp 509; and RUNNING THENCE North 0 degrees 23 minutes 20 seconds West along said easterly line of said land, 340.0 feet to the ordinary high water line of Long Island Sound; THENCE easterly along said high water line (being on a general course South 64 degrees 30 minutes 40 seconds East) , 101.78 feet to the westerly line of land conveyed to Lillian and Floyd Tomsk by deed recorded in Liber 3219 Cp 528; THENCE along said westerly line South 1 degree 39 minutes 40 seconds west, 324.63 feet to the northerly side of Sound View Avenue; and THENCE North 70 degrees 33 minutes 20 seconds West along the northerly side of Sound View Avenue, 85.00 feet to the point or place of beginning.
