BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly line of Sound View
Avenue distant 249.29 feet easterly along said southerly line from
Mount Beulah Avenue, said point of beginning being the northeasterly
corner of land of Booth; from said point of beginning running along
said southerly line of Sound View Avenue, two courses, as follows:-
(1) South 87 degrees 10 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of
CC 518.66 feet; thence
C (2) South 70 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of

IJ THENCE along said land of Sawiski two courses, as follows:-
(1) South 01 degree 47 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of

,T THENCE along said northerly line of the North Road, two courses,
as follows:-

764.29 feet; thence
(2) North 72 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of
162.08 feet to a monument and said land of Booth;
THENCE along said land of Booth, North 00 degrees 50 minutes 30
seconds West, a distance of 2,008.68 feet to the point or place of
beginning, said premises containing 44.3763 acres according to survey
of Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son dated March 20, 1962.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors
herein.by deed made by William Albert Salmon, Florence S. Beebe and
Stephen O. Salmon, dated Apri130, 1962, recorded May 17, 1962 in the
office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 5167 at page 130.
PARCEL II ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sound View Avenue
where same is intersectAd by the easterly line of land conveyed to

Arthur L. Zielinski by deed recorded in Liber 5053 Cp 509; and
RUNNING THENCE North 0 degrees 23 minutes 20 seconds West
along said easterly line of said land, 340.0 feet to the ordinary
high water line of Long Island Sound;
THENCE easterly along said high water line (being on a general
course South 64 degrees 30 minutes 40 seconds East) , 101.78 feet to
the westerly line of land conveyed to Lillian and Floyd Tomsk by
deed recorded in Liber 3219 Cp 528;
THENCE along said westerly line South 1 degree 39 minutes 40
seconds west, 324.63 feet to the northerly side of Sound View Avenue;
and
THENCE North 70 degrees 33 minutes 20 seconds West along the
northerly side of Sound View Avenue, 85.00 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part to land below high water mark and under the
waters of Long Island Sound adjacent to said premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors
herein by deed made by Stephen O. Salmon and Florence S. Beebe,
dated April 30, 1962, recorded May 17, 1962 in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 5167 at page 127.
