BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by deed made by William J. Lindsay and Charlotte T. Lindsay, dated June 21, 1951, recorded June 26, 1951 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3231 at page 335. PARCEL II ALL that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Main Road (which point is marked by a monument, and is the northeasterly corner of land of Diefenbacher, and is the northwesterly corner of the pre- mises herein described) ; running thence along the southerly line of Main Road, North 72 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East, a dis- LIIER6444 ratE419 tance of 115.72 feet, more or less, to land heretofore conveyed by William J. Lindsay and wife to Claus H. Robohm and wife; running thence along the westerly line of said land of Robohm, South 16 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 175 ''. feet to land of Collier; running thence in a westerly direction along the northerly lines of said land of Collier, South 72 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 39.97 feet; thence along land of Diefenbacher, South 72 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 72.17 feet to a point marked by a concrete monument and land of Diefenbacher; running thence in a north- westerly direction along the easterly line of said land of Diefenbacher, North 17 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 175.0 feet to the point or place of beginning. SUBJECT to the same covenants and restrictions as set forth in a certain deed from Helen S. JOOet to William J. Lindsay and wife, dated December 17, 1950, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 10, 1951, in liber 3172 of deeds at page 392, and modified by a certain Modification Agreement dated March 19, 1951, and recorded in Liber 3231 of deeds at page 339 on June 25, -1951. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the .party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof. LESS, HOWEVER, that portion of this parcel which was conveyed by the grantors herein to The North Fork Bank and Trust Company on the day of July, 1955 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the premises conveyed by Helen S. Joost to the grantors herein by deed dated October 26, 1953, recorded November 4, 1953 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3606 at page. 327.
