May 10, 1927 as Map.No. 834, said lot being bounded NORTHERLY by
Lot Number 67, WESTERLY by Founders Path, SOUTHERLY by Lot Number
69 and EASTERLY by Lot 78, being 75 feet on the Easterly boundary, .
75 foot on the Weatorly boundary, 150 feet on the Northerly boundary
and 150 feet on the Southerly boundary.
Being and intended to be the same promises conveyed by Harold R.
Hofmann and Frieda Hofmann, his wife, to Henry D. Roichmann and
Martha Reichmann, his wife, by deed dated July 20, 1964 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 30, 1964 in Liber 5587
of Deeds at page 199, the said Henry D. Reicbmann having died a
resident of Southold, Suffolk County, Naw York on June 13, 1965 sur-
vived by his Wife, Martha Reicbmann, the grantor herein.
