for an Order directing the Registrar : PURSUANT TO SECTION 423
of Suffolk County, New York, to issue OF REAL PROPERTY LAW
a new certificate of title in place

On reading and filing the petition of Alfred D. Rebenklau,
dated and verified the 21 day of May, 1968, the affidavit of
Rensselaer G. Terry, Jr., dated and verified the 2.)%Yday of May,
1968, and annexed waiver and consent of Norman F. Klipp, Esq.,
Registrar of Suffolk County, dated the day of 1968
all in support of the application, it is
NOW, on motion of Rensselaer G. Terry, Jr., attorney for the
petitioner,
ORDERED, that the Registrar of Suffolk County be and he he"
is directed to register the title to the real property described
below in the name of Alfred D. Rebenklau and to issue an Owner's
Duplicate Certificate of Title to said Alfred D. Rebenklau, re-
siding at. Smith Drive South, Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
pursuant to Article12 of the Real Property I",
rcovering the
,. premises described as follows:
ALL that certain tracts. parcel or piece of land, situate,
lying and being at Bay View, near Southold, .in the Town
of .Southold, :County of Suffolk and State of New York,
being known and designated as Lots numbered 124 and 125
on a certain map entitled, "Map of Goose Neck, situate at
Bay View, Townof'Southold,-Suffolk County, N.Y., owned
by G. W. Smith`& Sone", made by Otto W,.Van Tuyl, Licensed

Surveyor, I'Creenport, N.Y., and filed n the Suffolk
_ County Clerk's Office on November 22, 1948 as and by
File No. 1663..
upon the surrender by him of Certificate of Title No. 47394 dated
July 25, 1960, and the cancellation thereof, and upon payment of
the proper fees therefor to the Registrar by the petitioner; and
- the Registrar is directed to transfer to said Certificate of Titl
to be issued all liens and encumbrances properly affecting the
- premises herein described; and it is further
- ORDERED, that the intermediate order contemplated under
' Section 423 of the Real Property Law, as amended, designating
. parties in interest and manner of service, be and hereby is dis-
pensed with; and that under the circumstances herein the provis-
ions of
rovis-ionsof Section 424 of the Real Property Law are dispensed with.
