THIS INDENTURE,made the day of December ,nineteen hundred and sixty-eight

Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and ARTHUR W. RATHJEr JR, and HELEN P. RATHJE, his wife,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part,the heirs

ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lymgandbefng*x*x at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, shown and designated as Lot #63 on a certain
map entitled "Subdivision Map of Founders Estates, Inc., situate at
Southold, N.Y." made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor,
Greenport, N.Y., March 1927, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office at Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York, on the 10th day of
May, 1927 as Map No. 834.
SUBJECT to a mortgage held by Security National Bank of Long Island,
which mortgage was originally in the amount of $11,250.00, and is now
reduced to $10,714.21 with interest from December 27, 1968
and the parties of the second part hereby assume and agree to pay the
unpaid balance of principal and interest on the aforesaid mortgage,
and have executed and acknowledged this instrument for the.so Is purpos=
of evidencing their agreement to assume and pay the same.
