SU!ESElCTION
THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS REQUESTED BECAUSE there is a shortage of well
constructed, reasonably priced homes. Our present dwelling,
being much too small, causes undue physical and mental strain.
We now have the opportunity to purchase a well constructed
home, but it must be enlarged to accomodate 5 persons. In
the planning it was discovered that an additional 6 ft. would
be needed plus the 19 ft. that zoning all~ws. Even with the
extension of 25 ft., the house would be further back than the
other two houses on opposite corners. From the curb to the
corner of the extension the measurement would be 49~ ft., thereby
causing no traffic hazard, nor blockiUg offany light, nor changing
the character of the neighbohood.

c. The work covered by this application may not be com menced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue 0 Building Permit to the applicont. Such
