Our present dwelling, being much too small, causes undue physical and mental strain. We now have the opportunity to purchase a well constructed home, but it must be enlarged to accomodate 5 persons. In the planning it was discovered that an additional 6 ft. would be needed plus the 19 ft. that zoning all~ws. Even with the extension of 25 ft., the house would be further back than the other two houses on opposite corners.
