paid by the party of the serand part,does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second We forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and befngiratle at Southold, in the Town of Southold. County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly line of Middle Road, 782.351 feet
,2 westerly along said southerly Iron from the westerly end of a curve connecting said
southerly line with the westerly line of Railroad Avenue (now Youngs Avenue),said
point of beginning being the northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of
William C. Miller; from said point of beginning running along land last mentioned,
South 9 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds East 338.91 feet; thence along land now or
formerly of Charnews, two courses:
(1) South 67 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds West 110.0 feet; thence
(2) North 9 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds West 338.91 feet to said southerly
line of Middle Road; thence along said southerly line, North 67 degrees 06 minutes
40 seconds East 110.0 feet to the point or place of beginning. Containing 0.833 of.
an acre.
BEING, and intended to be the same premises conveyed by John Charnews to
Margery D. Burns and Gottlieb J. Nickles, the parties of the.second part-herein,
by deed dated December 29, 1966 and retiorded in the Suffolk"County Clerk's
Office on January 3, I967 in Liber 6094 of deeds at page 74.
