situate,lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New
York, and bounded and described as follows:

thence running South 390 24' 0011 West along said Southerly side of North Sea
Drive 183.48 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being intended to be the some premises conveyed to the Grantors by deed dated
December 18, 1967, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County
on January 3, 1968 in liber 6282 at page 78.
