Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 11, 1953,
as Map No. 2034, Book 9, Page 20, Town of Southold, New York.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by
MARGARET NUBER, as Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of
CATHARINE D. NUBER, deceased to MARGARET NUBER, by deed dated
July 10, 1968 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk,of Suffolk
County on August 9, 1968 in Liber 6397, at Page 241..
