ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and

BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly side of Sound View Avenue,
where the same is intersected by the easterly line of land now or
formerly of Richard C. Addy; running thence north 11 degrees 10
minutes 30 seconds west along the easterly line of said land now or
formerly of Richard C. Addy, 287.72 feet to a monument; running
thence north 13 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds west, still along said
easterly line of land now or formerly of Richard C. Addy, 360 feet
more or less to the average high water line of Long Island Sound;
d running thence in a general easterly direction along the average
high water line of Long Island Sound, north 80 degrees 54 minutes
30 seconds east.,. 150 feet; running thence south 13 degrees 05 min-
utes 30 seconds east, 343.35 feet to a monument; running thence
south 11 degrees 10. minutes 30 seconds east, 284.86 feet to the
northerly side of Sound View Avenue; and running thence south 73
degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds west along the northerly side of
Sound View Avenue, 150 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part in and to strips and gores of land or land under
water adjacent to or adjoining said premises, and land lying in
the bed of any street, road, avenue, lane or right of way as they
now exist or formerly existed, included in, in front of or adjoin-
ing the premises; and together with all easements, riparian rights
and appurtenances, and all the estate and rights of the party of
the first part in and to the premises.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Galatia A.
Sideratos, by Daniel Charnews and Stephanie Charnews, his wife, by
deed dated March 23, 1956, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on March 23, 1956 in Liber 4087 of Deeds.at PagA',463.
