T' BETWEEN FREDERICK R, MANNWEILER, residing at Tuckers Lane, Southold,
Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and
FREDERICK R. MANNWEILF.R and ALIDA J. MANNWEILER, his wife,
as tenants by the entirety, both residing at Tuckers Lane, Southold,
Suffolk County, Now York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and beings at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of Now York,. bounded Northerly partly by land of
Long Island Railroad, and partly by land of St. Patrickta Roman
Catholic Church; Easterly by land of John Hroncich; Southerly by
Tuckers Lane; and Westerly by Tuckers Lane, said premises containing
one acre, be the same more or less.
