ALL those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, situate, lying and
being at Cedar Beach Park, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Plots numbered ONE (1),
TWO (2) and ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN (157) on a certain map entitled,
"SUbdivision Map of Cedar Beach Park, situate at Bayview, in the Town
of Southold, surveyed, and certified by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Engineer and
SurveyorJl, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on the 20th day of December 1927, as Map No. 90, which said
lots, when taken together, are bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a monument at the corner foumed by the intersection
of the Westerly side of Cedar Beach Road and the Northerly side of
Bayview Road;
running thence along the Northerly side of Bayview Road, North 68
degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West 250.00 feet to a monument on the
said Northerly side of Bayview Road where the same is intersected by
the division line between lots 156 and 157 as shown on said Map;
running thence along said division line, North 24 degrees 24 minutes
20 seconds East 200.00 feet to a monument;
running thence the (3) following courses and distances to the
Westerly side of Cedar Beach Road: (1) South 68 degrees 17 minutes
20 seconds liNt:, 100.00 feet to a monument; (2) running thence North
24 degrees 24 minutes 20 seconds East 3.76 feet to a monument in the
division line between lots 2 and 3 as shown on the aforesaid Map;
(3) running thence along the division line between lots 2 and 3 as
shown on the aforesaid Map, South 66 degrees 52 minutes 20 seconds
East, 145.41 feet to a monument in the aforesaid Westerly line of
Cedar Beach Road; running thence along the Westerly side of said
Cedar Beach Road, South 23 degrees 07 minutes 40 seconds West 200.00
feet to the aforesaid monument at the corner of Cedar Beach Road
and Bayview Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
