ALL those certain plots, pieces or parcels of land situate,
lying and being, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, known and designated as and by the Plots nos. 1, 2, 3,
4, 5 and 6 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Goose Bag Estates,"
in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, said map being
made by Lewis N. Waters, L. S., of Oyster Bay, L. I., New York,
dated September 12, 19349 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on the 13th day of November, 1934, as and by
the Map No. 1176, (Abstract No. 1197)
PARCEL TWO:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being at Bayview, near Southold, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the southeasterly
corner of Lot No. 2 as shown on a map entitled "Map of Goose Bay
Estates at Southold, L. I." and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office November 13, 1934 as Map No. 1176; running thence along the
easterly and of Lot Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, as shown on said Map

North 19 degrees 30 seconds Eas 100 feet to the northeasterly
corner of said Lot No. 6; thence along land now or formerly of
Alexander Cameron South 72 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds East
157.64 feet; thence at right angles to the last described line

South 17 degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds West 98.29 feet to land
now or formerly of Charles E. Terry; thence along the last describ-
ed land North 73 degrees O1 minutes 10 seconds West 160.71 feet
to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the right to use for ell reasonable purposes IIS
all that portion of land lying in front of Plots Nos. 53 to 58 both
inclusive, Plots Nos. 168 to 195, both inclusive, and Plots Nos. 277 '.
to 310, both inclusive, said right to be in common with other plot
owners on said map, or owners who may hereafter acquire said plots
on said map, subject to such reasonable rules and regulations with
respect to the use thereof as. the Oliver Bros. Building and Con-
struction Corp. may from time to time put into effect, it being
understood that should the owner or owners of plots facing Goose ail
Creek desire to erect a dock on said land, he may do so providing
said dock does not prevent other owners of plots on said map passing
over and reasonably using the land herein referred to, and providing
proper legal provisions are complied with, and the consent of the
Oliver Bros. is secured.
