Southerly by Lot #85, and Westerly by Founders Path, being 127.18 feet
on the northerly boundary, 75 feet on the easterly boundary, 119.66 feet

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to that portion of Founders Path lying in front of
and adjacent to the lands and premises above described to the center
