consisting of a strip of land 10 feet wide now used as a roadway _
and extending easterly from the westerly side of land of Nissen and
being the existing roadway reserved in ascertain deed from Frank L.
Downs and others to Donald E. Tuthill, dated February 23, 1950 and
recorded in Liber 3049 of Deeds at page 362, the center line thereof
running three courses as follows:

westerly line of premises described in Parcel One above and the

assignsq.and in favor of Paul Diefenbacker his heirs and assigns, over
Parcel herein and over the westerly 20 feet of Parcel One herein,
extending easterly from Youngs Avenue 176.39 feet, and then southerly
to and connecting with the 10 foot right of way herein referred to as
Parcel Two.
The grantors herein are conveying all their right, title and interest
