lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable considerationgaid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release..to the party of the second part,the heirs or

ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set in the ground at the intersection of the
westerly side of Town Harbor Lane with the southeasterly side of the
highway leading from said Town Harbor Lane to the Harbor;
RUNNING THENCE South 330 30' East by and with the westerly line or
sideof said Town Harbor Lane, 418.5 feet to the highwater mark of
Town Harbor, so called;
THENCE South 28° 551 West along ordinary highwater mark of said
Town Harbor, 150 feet to land of Jonathan B. Terry;
THENCE in a northwesterly direction by land last mentioned to a point
on the southeasterly line or side of said highway leading from Town
Harbor Lane to the Harbor, distant 320 feet from the point of
beginning;
RUNNING THENCE North 18" 15' East by and with the southeasterly line
of said highway leading from Town Harbor Lane to the Harbor 320 feet
to the point and place of beginning.
ALSO all the right, title and interest of the party of the first
part in and to all that certain piece or parcel of land and land
under water lying in front of the premises above described bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point distant South 33° 30' East 418.5 feet from the
intersection of the westerly line of Town Harbor Lane with the south-
easterly line of the highway leading from Town Harbor Lane to the
Harbor;
RUNNING THENCE South 610 5' East, 100 feet;
THENCE South 28° 55' West 150 feet;
THENCE North 619 51 West 100 feet to a point distant South 28° 551
West 150 feet from the point or place of beginning;
THENCE North 28° 55' East 150 feet to the point or place of beginning.

ALSO all right, title and interest of the party of the first part
of, in and to so much of Town Harbor Lane and the road leading to
Town Harbor as lies contiguous to the premises above described to
the center thereof.
Premises above described are conveyed together with the buildings',
all furniture and furnishings in the same.
BEING and intended to be the same premises as were conveyed to
Elizabeth Gatehouse by deed of Hampton Towers, Inc. dated April 27, I
1944 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 29,
1944 in Liber 2385 cp 84.
