Middle Road (Route #25A) (also known as North Road) (which point is the southeasterly
corner of the premises herein described, and the southerly or southwesterly corner
of land formerly of Lewis S. Tuthill) (which point is also about,opposite the east-
erly line or Tucker's Lane); running thence along the southwesterly line of a port-
ion of premises formerly of Lewis S. Tuthill, North 41° 081 20" West, a distance
of 801.49 feet to a point marked by a concrete monument and land of Conway Brothers;
running thence in a southwesterly direction along said land of Conway, South
46o 381 50" East a distance of 360.62 feet to a point marked by a concrete monument
and land of Donahue; running thence in a southeasterly direction along said land
of Donahue, South 42° 16, 201- East a distance of 402.52 feet to a point marked by
a concrete monument and ]and of Hobson; running thence along said land of Hobson,
