JEGINNING.at a point on the southerly line of Middle :`toad, 992.35
foot lwesterly along said southerly line from the wostorly and of a
curve conriecting said southerly line with tho westerly lino of Railroad
Avenue (now Youngs Avenue), said point of beginning being the north-
westerly corner of land convoyed by the party of the first part to the
party of the second part by deed dated September 15, 1967 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 6221 of Deeds at page
330 on September 15, 1967; from said point of beginning running along
said land of the party of the second part, South 9 degrees 37 minutes
50 seconds East, a distance of 338.91 fact; thence along land of the
party of the first part, two courses: (1) South 69 degrees 55 minutes
20 seconds host, a distance of 98.99 feet; thence (2) North 9 degrees
37 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 333.91 foot to said southorly
line of Middle Road; thence alone said southerly lino, North 67 decroos
06 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 100.0 foot to the point or
beginning. Containing 0.752 acre, according to survey by Van Tuyl &
Son.
Being and intended to be a part of the premises conveyed by Edward
A. Grattan, Joseph S. Grattan, Mary A. Grattan and Catharine R. Grattan
to John Charnews and Julia Charnews, his wife, by deed dated October
27, 1942 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October
28, 1942 in Liber 2210 of Deeds at page 279, the said Julia Charnows
having died on July 28, 1962, survived by her husband, John Charnews,
tho grantor herein.
