198.56 feet southwesterly along said southeasterly line from the point
where said southeasterly line would be intersected by the direct extension
southerly of the westerly line of Richmond Road; from said point of
beginning running along said land of Flak, South 310 02' 10" East 303
feet more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond;
thence westerly along said high water mark 120 feet, more or less, to
land of Lillian Gregory; thence along said land of Lillian Gregory,
North 280 32' 10" West 223 Peet, more or 'less, to a monument on said
southeasterly line of Mill Creek Drive West; thence along said south—
easterly line, North 43° 57' 50" East 100 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
