BEGINNING at apoint on the southerly line of land conveyed by
Mary Lee Wiles to Frank W. Fanning and Alicia V. Fanning, his wife,
and Richard P. Vail and Ruth H. Vail, his wife, by deed recorded in
Liber 1153 op. 103, distant 275 feet easterly from lend now or former-
ly of William C. Salmon when measured at right angles to the easterly
boundary line of said land; running thence North 3 degrees 48 minutes
3-0 seconds East,parallel with the easterly line of said land 340 feet
to the high water mark of Richmond Creek; thence along said high water
mark on a tie line of South 87 degrees 34 minutes East, 75.02 feet;
thence South 3 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds West, along land now or
formerly Of Jenkins 325 feet to the northerly side of land now or
formerly of Mary Lee Wiles and thence South 81 degrees 10 minutes 00
seconds West along the northerly side of said land 76.87 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.TOGETHER with a right of way for passage
on foot and with vehicles, over, upon and across the northerly 20 feet
of land now or formerly of Mary Lee Wiles adjoining the above described
premises on,the. South and thence along the westerly 10 feet of said
land southerly to Indian Neck Road.
Beingand intended to be the same property conveyed by Herbert
Willosehat and Mary C. Willoachat to Herbert C. Wright and Irene E.
Wrights both deneased, Mother and Father of the grantors, by deed re-
corded-in Suffolk County in Libor 4042 op 304 on Dec. 200 1955•
