Suffolk County, N.Y." and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on December 29th, 1958 as .,rap #2901.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon
Watersedge Way, Longview Lane, and Rambler Road for their entire
distance as shown and laid out, 50 £%ot wide throughout, on said
above mentioned filed map.
RESERVING however to the seller the title to the land in said roads
and the right to herself, her grantees and successors in interest,
to dedicate said roads as public roads, and to grant easements
therein, for the construction and maintenance of public utilities.
TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners the
area known as Lot #8 and the area adjoining next southerly thereto
to the extent of 80 feet, more or lass, being the northerly 80 feat
of the parcel designated on said filed map as "Community Park
and 3each (resicents only)".
TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot Owners
(saidright being only for the benefit of the above descri`.ed
premises) for bathing and recreational purposes, the southerly
300 feet, more or less, of the parcel designated on the above

RESERVING however to the seller the right to change the location of
