Office on November 24, 1953, as Map #2141 Abstract #2249.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part in and to the highways in front of and
adjacent to said premises and to the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises in deed dated
April 27, 1956 recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office April
30, 1956 in Liber 4105 page 141.
SUBJECT to Bond and Mortgage Southold Savings Bank and
