Otto W. Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor, Greenport, New York,
March 1927, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office at
Riverhead, Suffolk County New York, on the 10th day of May, 1927,
as Map No. 834, and on said Map bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING ata point in the westerly side of Founders Path as
shown on said map distant southerly 189.32 feet from the southerly
tside of Landon Lane and from said ,point of Beginning running South
46 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds West along the southerly line of
Lot Number 44, 123.54 feet, thence South 43 degrees 14 minutes 50
seconds East along the easterly line of Lot Number 36, 75 feet to
the northerly line of Lot Number 46, and thence North 46- degrees
45 minutes 10 seconds East along the northerly. line of Lot Number
46, 108.14 feet, to the westerly side of Founders Path, thence along
the westerly line of Founders Path 76.56 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Herbert J.
Sheehan and Florence M Sheehan, his wife, by deed dated July 1,
1957, and recorded in. the Suffolk County Clerk'i :Office on
July 15, 1957, in liber 4329 at page 346.
