MOFFAT and EVELYN H. MOFFAT, his wife, both residing at Pine Neck Road (no number), Southold, New York 11971, party of the first part,and WARREN E. South 170 30, West a distance of about 171 feet along the said center line of said second private road to a point which distant 25 feet from the said southwesterly corner of the said other premises of the grantees herein on a line beirt, the extension westerly of the southerly line of the said other premises of the grantees herein; running thence in an easterly direction 25 feet to the said point of beginning along the said southerly line of the saf other premises of the grantees herein as extended westerly to the cente line of the said second private road to the said point of BEGINNING.
