BEGINNING at a concrete monument marking the corner formed by the
intersection of the northerly side of North Sea Drive with the
easterly side of Kenrey s Road;
THENCE running south 39 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds west 50.22
feet to the westerly side of Kenney's Road;
THENCE running north 40 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds west 139.38
feet along the westerly side of Kenney's Road to the point therein
where the northerly side of Leeton Drive intersects same;
= THENCE running south 45 degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds west along
said northerly side of Leeton Drive 850 feet to the point or place
of beginning of the premises hereby described.
BEGINNING at said last mentioned point of beginning.
THENCE running north 44 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds west 210 feet,
more or less, to the mean highwater line of Long Island Sound;
THENCE running weshvardly along said mean highwater line of Long
Island Sound 50 feet;
THENCE running south 44 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds east 211 feet,
more or less, to the northerly side of Leeton Drive;
THENCE running along said northerly side of Leeton Drive north 45
degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds east 50 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by deed dated June 7, 1960, made by Phillip A. Zuller and
Irwin Jacoby.
PARCEL ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings

and described as follows:

..BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Kenny's Road where the
.northerly side of Leeton Drive intersects the same; thence running
'.South 45 degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds West along said northerly side
of Leeton Drive 825 feet to the point and place of beginning of the
premises hereby described; beginning at said last mentioned point of
beginning, running thence North 44 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds West
210 feet more or less to the mean highwater line of Long Island Sound;
running thence westerly along said mean highwater line of'Long Island
Sound 25 feet more or less to the easterly side of property now owned
by James W. Bertsch, the party of the second part herein, and formerly
of James P. Kelley; running thence along the easterly side of property
so owned, South 44 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds East, 210 feet more
or less to the northerly side of Leeton Drive; and thence running east-
erly along the northerly side of Leeton Drive, 25 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by deed dated June 30, 1961, made by Joseph M. Uzmann and Emma
M. Uzmann, his wife, recorded July 6, 1961 in Liber 5011 at page 555.
RESERVING, however, to the grantor herein and his wife, Christa W.
Bertsch, the exclusive use and enjoyment of both parcels described
above for the duration of their respective lives.
