BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated June 30, 1961, made by Joseph M. Uzmann and Emma M. Uzmann, his wife, recorded July 6, 1961 in Liber 5011 at page 555. RESERVING, however, to the grantor herein and his wife, Christa W. Bertsch, the exclusive use and enjoyment of both parcels described above for the duration of their respective lives.
