TOGETHER with a right of way and easement of ingress and egress
running with the land over said "Colonial Road" from the Northeast-
erly corner of the premises Southerly to said "Ed's Road";
THENCE Westerly over said "Ed's Road" to a proposed 50 foot highway
to be known as "Victoria Drive", and
THENCE Southerly over said "Victoria Drive" to Main Bayview Road.
TOGETHER with the right to the use, in common with others, of a
strip of land 50 foot in width as an easement for ingress and egress

of Edson and on the West by land of Toedter and Dickinson.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the grantors
herein by Edward Nidds, by deed dated the 10th day of January, 1963
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on January 15, 1963
in Liber 5293 at page 368, and this deed is subject to Covenants and
Restrictions set forth therein.
The grantors herein, each,hereby state that they have been respect-
fully known by no other names for more than the ten (10) years last
past.
