BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the Northerly line
of a 50 foot private road at the Southwesterly corner of land of
Joseph Wheeler, being 250.72 feet Easterly along said Northerly
line of said 50 foot private road from its intersection with the
Easterly line of Oaklawn Avenue, and running along said Northerly
line of said 50 foot private road South 74° 15' West 50 feet to a
stake;
thence along land formerly of Beatrice T. Nehrhas two courses,
as follows-
1) North 30 49' West 119.79 feet to a stake; thence
2) North 130 31' West 50 feet, more or less, to the
ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek;
thence Northeasterly along said ordinary high water mark of
Jockey Creek 20 feet, more or less;
thence along land formerly of Beatrice T. Nehrbas two courses,
as follows:
1) On a line parallel with course (2) as hereinabove described
and 20 feet Northeasterly therefrom, measured at right angles thereto,
South 13° 31' East 60 feet, more or less, to a stake; thence
2) North 750 35' 50" East 74.71 feet to a stake and said land of
Joseph Wheeler;
thence along said land of Joseph Wheeler three courses, as follows
1) South. 7' 18' West 20 feet; thence
2) South 74° 15' West 20.52 feet to a concrete monument; thence
3) South 7° 18' West 105 feet to the point of Beginning, which
said parcel is more particularly bounded and described as follows:

of Joseph and Ida Bossy, two courses, as follows:-
1) On a line parallel with course (2) as hereinabove described and
20 feet northeasterly therefrom, measured at right angles thereto,

formerly 60 feet more or less; thence still along land of Bossy;
